MPC Annual Men’s Retreat

This monthly gathering of men is a great opportunity for men to keep up with old friends, make new ones, introduce newcomers to the guys, enjoy a meal together, be challenged and encouraged by some key truth for men in God’s Word, and to pray for one another. Breakfast is served by our own caffeine cranked chefs downstairs in the Fellowship Hall at 8:00 AM and we are usually finished by 9:30 AM. We meet on the 3rd Saturday of the month during the academic school year.  (Be sure to check the web calendar to confirm if we are meeting for the current month!). top

The Tuesday Gang meets every Tuesday morning at the church from 6:00 to 7:00AM and prays for the needs of the church, all requests listed in the weekly prayer letter, and any other requests mentioned that morning. Afterwards, those who can, usually go to breakfast together. top

We believe that one the best atmospheres for challenging and encouraging men for their unique roles and responsibilities are small communities of men journeying through this life of faith together. When men spend consistent time together to talk about life, encourage and challenge one another, study the truth of scripture, find common ground and know that others have the same struggles that can be battled together, their walk with God takes on a new LIFE.
