If the Lord has laid on your heart to work with the youngest of the flock, please contact Susie Stewart at 239-2982, or email sstewart24@att.net. We can use as many as are willing. "Speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in every way into Him who is the head, into Christ, from whom the whole body, joined and held together by every joint with which it is equipped, when each part is working properly, makes the body grow so that it builds itself up in love." Eph. 4:15-16. ESV.
Library News (Parents/School-Age Kids!)
Are your children required to read AR (Accelerated Reader) books for school? Did you know the church library has over 300 books labeled with AR levels and quiz numbers? Look for the books with colored dots on the spine which corresponds to the reading level. A chart on the wall explains the color and grade level relationship. The quiz number can be found on a sticker inside the front cover of the book. If you have any questions, talk to Kim Frick 855-6225 or Julie Haverdink 797-1036.
Worship Team Opportunities
If you sing and/or play an instrument, and would like to serve from time to time with the worship team, please contact Mark Hardy at the church office, or write a note on the bulletin tab to put in the offering plate.
Will you help brew coffee or lock up the church?
We also need several volunteers to help with brewing the coffee on Sunday mornings and to lock up the church after the Sunday morning service. If you enjoy your cup of coffee on Sunday mornings, you are the perfect person to help with the coffee brewing ministry. If you like to visit and fellowship after church is over, helping to lock up the church would be the perfect job for you! Please help us with these important ministries! You would do it a couple of times a year. We are thanking God for you already! Please sign up on the bulletin tab!
